Renovation and new construction of buildings included pre-engineered metal buildings consisting of an auto reconditioning center, six auction lanes, detailing area, corporate offices, fiber optic security systems, storage, break rooms, restaurant, state of the art environmentally safe paint tunnel, and a 16-station body shop.
