Active Florida General Construction Manager developed and constructed, on a fast track method, approximately 2 million square feet of commercial industrial space, over 1,200 multi-family apartments and over 100 single family homes valued over $500 million. Expertise encompasses all phases of real estate development including site selection, conceptual design coordination, site planning, construction administration, cost control, leasing, and marketing, includes the administration and financial responsibility for the company.
(1968-1979) REAL ESTATE BROKER-DEVELOPER – Youngstown, Ohio
Associated with Joseph Goldberg & Associates Realtors and Barson Construction, Inc. Developed, managed and sold single family, multi-family and commercial/ industrial real estate. Was top producer for first 5 years and achieved lifetime status in the Ohio Association of Realtors, Million Dollar Club. Renovated and/or constructed over 150-single family residences, the majority of which were low to middle income, F.H.A. and V.A. funded. Developed and managed approximately 600 multi-family units, managed another 150 units at the Youngstown State University. Managed and owned over 250,000 square feet of commercial space. Resigned to pursue real estate development in Orlando, Florida.
(1964-1968) FAMILY BUSINESS – Youngstown, Ohio
Co-owner of Paradise Gardens Landscape/Design and Construction, Inc.; A landscape architectural and construction firm specializing in the design, construction and maintenance of commercial and residential properties. Award winning projects included Youngstown State University Student Union, Library, Women’s Housing Unit #17, Fine Arts and Science Building, and the Central Administration Building.

Awards include; Orlando Chamber of Commerce Gold Brick Award for Outstanding Achievement in a Downtown Historical Renovation, 1982 American Institute of Architects Award of Excellence Best Multi-Family Development, National Association of Office and Industrial Parks 1st Place Industrial Mixed Use Design. Memberships include; Million Dollar Club.
