Entering Winter Park from North Park Avenue, this stunning contemporary office structure was designed and constructed to align with the corner street. The 9,200 sq. ft. building is an architectural masterpiece constructed of concrete, steel, and mirrored reflective glass.

The $1.5 million contract to design-build included purchase of the land, retention of the architects and engineers, acquisition of financing, construction of the improvements and leasing the finished office suites.
