Strasberg Construction and Development teamed up with Chappell Commercial Properties to develop, construct, lease and manage this 41,000 square foot educational facility which includes approximately 80 rooms and sits on a total of 6.5 acres.

This college is located on Challenger Parkway in the Central Florida Research Park which abuts the University of Central Florida campus.
